RICS has maintained a valuable relationship with the Construction and Real Estate Students Association (CRESA), University of Nairobi, supporting initiatives that connect students with the professional world. Through student conferences, knowledge-sharing engagements, industry interactions and professional development opportunities, this relationship has helped expose CRESA members to international standards, emerging industry practices and the evolving expectations of the surveying profession. A notable highlight of this collaboration was the hosting of the 2nd RICS Students Conference by CRESA in March 2026, providing a platform for students to engage with professionals, exchange knowledge and explore opportunities within the built environment. RICS has also demonstrated its commitment to nurturing future professionals through its sponsorship of CRESA students to attend the IQSK Annual Summit 2026.
